Amy Sweezy

Amy Sweezy is the owner of Great Vacation Management and has served as the Association Manager for Resort Owners Vacation Club Association (ROVCA) since January 2024. With a degree in accounting and a career rooted in construction accounting and real estate development, she brings extensive financial and operational expertise to her role.

Amy has managed budgeting and oversight for a variety of large-scale projects, including a ski lodge, condominium developments, and a residential housing community from land development through completion. She has also worked closely with associations throughout her career, giving her valuable insight into the needs of ownership communities.

Her passion for travel and appreciation for vacation experiences make her especially enthusiastic about her role within the timeshare industry. She is committed to supporting owners while helping to maintain and enhance the value of their shared investment.

Amy’s experience and hands-on approach help ensure strong financial management and effective operations for ROVCA.

Teri Mauk

Teri Mauk, Owner Relations, brings over 30 years of experience that began with the Resort Club, along with a refined understanding of the hospitality and vacation ownership industry. She began her career leading both onsite and offsite marketing initiatives, playing a key role in the growth and positioning of the club.

When the developer introduced deeded timeshare ownership in the early 2000s, Teri was instrumental in the transition, working closely with designers, architects, and contractors to bring 20 condominium units to completion. Her involvement from concept through delivery provides her with a unique and comprehensive perspective on the ownership experience.

Today, Teri is dedicated to ensuring each owner receives exceptional service and maximum value from their ownership. As a trusted point of contact, she offers guidance, resolves concerns, and helps owners fully enjoy the benefits of their investment. She works closely with Resort Services and Interval International to ensure seamless operations, clear communication, and up-to-date processes.
